Focus on God's blessing & Be grateful for the following things that you already possess.
1. fresh air and ability to read, write and speak
2. family that loves you and cares about you
3. roof on your head because God loves you
4. food on the table when other have none
5. spouses in your life other are single and lonely
6. you have children and they care for you
7. you're blessed to have two hands, noses, ears, feet and healthy body - you're not paraplegic
8. possess brains and the mind to think - animals don't have the freedom of choice
9. possess the spirit of God and Has given you lungs to breathe
10. you have a country to belong to and are a complete human-being
